The Sixth Edition No Sooner than April 2026

It’s time for another update for the sixth edition:

I don’t see me getting this done any sooner than the tail end of April or May.

I don’t love delaying things like this, but… as I’ve always said, this is a guess, not a promise, and I’m updating my guess after learning more.

January was a rough month in terms of time I could get to work on the book. It’s gotten better lately, but things are definitely delayed.

I’m excited about the progress in Early Access. I’m inching closer and closer to telling more people that the sixth edition is a solid choice to jump in, but I don’t feel like it’s quite there yet. Not for another week or two. (And even then, it will depend on your tolerance for volatility and rough edges.)

I’ve had a few people email me and message me on Discord about this over the last couple of weeks, since my last update said “January or February,” and we’re well into February now. So I figured it is time for an update on the website.

But, as always, this is still a guess, not a promise, and things are subject to change.
